Everything about Landscope Christie's International Real Estate and the Hong Kong luxury property market

Buying into Bulgaria and the European Union, Exhibition & Seminar

With solid economic growth and as a stable European Union member, Bulgaria is an East European market that stands out for international real estate investors.

Landscope will be exhibiting The Zenith (Sofia), which is a high-end residential project from an experienced European developer, to provide an opportunity for overseas real estate investors to access the Bulgarian market. Property prices in the Bulgarian capital city of Sofia increased by 3.1% in 2014.

The Zenith is located in the picturesque residential district of Boyana, which is a prestigious and convenient area sitting on the base of Sofia’s famous natural landmark, Mount Vitosha. Residents will have views across the city from their apartments and be minutes away from Mount Vitosha’s ski lifts, 10 minutes from the city center and 15 minutes from Sofia’s airport.

The development compromises of three low-rise blocks of six or eight apartments each, with unit sizes starting from 1,200 square feet. All apartments have two bedrooms, a separate storage area, a private garage, and access to the concierge service.

Prices for the freehold apartments start from €208,000 (HK$ 1.75 million, equating to approximately HK$1,400 per square foot). Completion is estimated in April, 2016.

The developer, Euroterra, has a track record of successfully completed residential and commercial projects in several European cities including a number of prime London developments.

Euroterra offers a 7% rental yield guarantee for 5 years on the purchase of an apartment at The Zenith and access to a finance package of 85% of the value of the property. There will also be in place a five year building guarantee.

Subject to a minimum investment amount set by the Bulgarian government, purchasing property in Sofia may give buyers access to a fast-track immigration scheme for those who eventually want full EU citizenship.

The Exhibition & Seminar, organised by Landscope International Properties Limited and supported by Euroterra, will be held Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th November 2015 at The Excelsior Hotel Hong Kong.

The time and venue of the exhibition are as follows: -

11 am – 7 pm, Saturday 14th & Sunday 15th November, 2015
