This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) specifies how Landscope Realty Limited, Landscope Surveyors Limited, Landscope International Property Agency Limited (hereinafter collectively called “we”, "us", "our" or "Landscope") collect, use, store and handle personal data and how you can access and remove your information.

  1. Principles

    The purpose of this Policy is to establish the policies and practices of our commitment in protecting your personal data we hold (“Personal Data”) in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap.486) (the "Ordinance"). To preserve the confidentiality of all Personal Data you provide to us, we will strive at all times to maintain the following Policy principles:

    1. We only collect Personal Data that we believe to be relevant information to understand your needs and to conduct our business.
    2. We use your Personal Data to provide better customer services including without limitation sales process and refunds relating to our products.
    3. We will not disclose your Personal Data to any third parties unless we
      1. have your consent or an indication of no objection; and/or
      2. conduct as required by law.
    4. We will disclose your Personal Data to government, judicial bodies, law enforcement agencies or regulatory bodies under proper authority.

    We may collect your Personal Data through the following web pages (the “Web Pages”):

    3. Other websites and/or mobile applications that we operate.

      We may transfer your Personal Data to any member of our group located within or outside Hong Kong for the purposes 1 & 2 above.

    Under the Ordinance, you have the rights to:

    1. Check whether we hold your Personal Data and to access such data;
    2. Require us to rectify your Personal Data if such data is inaccurate or incomplete;
    3. Request erasure of your Personal Data;
    4. Object to use your Personal Data (see Section E of this Policy); and
    5. Withdraw your consent or an indication of no objection of using Personal Data.
