Landscope Realty announces the sale today of a combined high floor unit at St. Louis Mansion, 20 MacDonnell Road, Midlevels Central, Hong Kong, for which Landscope has been appointed sole agent.

The sale price at $10,500,000 translates into a unit rate of $12,774 per square foot, based on a gross area of 822 square feet. The property was converted from two adjoining units.

The deal is brokered by Mr. Philip Lai, a senior manager of Residential Department. According to Mr. Lai, Landscope was appointed by the owner as Sole Sales Agents last February, and he is very pleased with the successful sale during sole agency period. “The purchaser, who lives in the neighbourhood, is buying for self-use. The flat is a unique combined unit which has panoramic open city view and harbour view, which are extremely rare on MacDonnell Road. We are so glad that both buyer and seller are happy about the deal and that we have accomplished the job for the owner during the Sole Agency period.” He said.
